Some people go to dietitian, subscribe for a treatment, take pills and so on to get their body into shape. Just want to share my own experience, I think the best way to get your body into shape is by drinking plain water more than 3 litres everyday. Try it out. Do it everyday, and don;t miss it. Trust me, you'll see the effect after a few weeks. :) cheers

This is really very good tips. I have a belly and I like to have good body shape. I tried all kind of medicine but no use. I'll try your tips and I came to hear that one should hot water every day to get good body shape. Is that true? I am looking forward for your reply. Thanks, vinodg.

drink lots of water, and move a lot! Avoid being a couch potato. If you're a little more desperate, start jogging! Its a great way to lose weight and exercise the whole body.

Great tips. Eat good food, exercise, watch less TV, sleep well and have fun!
Anyways, 3 litres of water, is new for me. I'll try that out.

Its true "cause I also drink 20 glassesof water a day and it keeps me fit. i still maintain my weight until now. Every morning when i wake up, i drink four glasses of water on an empty stomach and it feels good.
