Just like that saying... "Only in the Philippines", age discrimination is very common. You ever notice the job ads that spell out an age range. Isn't this illegal? What does one's age have
to do with one's ability to do a job.
According to http://www.forumcash.com/wordpress/tired-of-filipino-age-discrimination/ there are cases of workers as young as 28 that are BARRED from applying for certain jobs. How can you apply for a job and avoid the "age trap"?

I don't like it when companies ask for a photo when applying for their jobs. I think it's wrong to hire someone based on their looks!
