I came across this information that our memory usually tend to slow down when we reach the age of 25. In order to maintain a sharp memory one of the exercises is to devote time in reading at least 15 minutes a day.

what i do is to play the DS lite, brain check..It helps a bit. You must always drink water becuase it makes you focus.
