Been there and last 2 times the food was cold.  They need to have better quality or people will go elsewhere.

Chowking has its own market since they are serving food that is not available in other fastfood like their bangus, different kinds of pancit, etc. I have a nice experience and a bad one. One aspect I can think of is the location that will affect the quality. I observed that fastfoods in malls are cleaner that those located in the cities. I still like Chowking but Chowking people must listen to the concerns of their customers to gain their loyalty.
