hi, i'm Rowena...just a little information about your internet business...For existing commercial bldg, you have to secure a business permit in the location where you going to put up your business.Visit the city hall/Licensing office and they will give you an application form to fill up and requirements to submit.
For planning to construct a new commercial bldg., you have to apply a Bldg. Permit first at the City Eng'g. Office/ Office of the Bldg. Official .Upon completion of the project , apply for an Occupancy permit. You can now secure a business permit at the City Hall/Licensing Office . For the information of all, Constructing without a Bldg. Permit is subject for a penalty , a surcharge and an administrative fines which will not exceed of P10,000 by (P.D. 1096- Natl. Bldg. Code of the Philippines) Sec 301: No person, firm or corporation, including any agency or instrumentality of the government shall erect, construct, alter, repair, move, convert or demolish any bldg./structure or cause the same to be done without first obtaining a building permit from the Office of the Building Official in the place where the subject bldg./structure is located of the bldg. work is to be done.
