Actually,digestive system need to have a rest for minimum 8 to 10 hours in 24 hours of a day. so by taking early dinner at evening between 6 to 7 pm,the digestion completes with in two hours. The important thing you have to do is,when the dinner completes, please drink water after two hours then the digestion completes with in this time. So after digestion completes,you will get a nice sleep. Body develops very good resistance power,if you follow this diet.

early dinner is important, but the most important meal of the day, is breakfast. breakfast "activates" your metabolism of that day. you'll feel great, not bad like if you haven't ate anything that morning.

well i have tried for 10 yrs taking my early dinner before 6:00pm and it feels good...and also ,a little walk after eating will help digest the food.

When I am home, I can take early dinner but in my situation now, I hardly do that. Thanks for sharing. Is it true also that eating dinner before 6pm can make you slim?

Taking dinner at 6 or 7 PM boy at that time we used to have evening food and we usually take dinner at 11 PM. I know its bad but now its a part of our daily routine.
