Protecting the Queen (King actually)

Hey Great Pinoys! How are you? How's your playing with this website's arcade? Have you enjoyed some of the games? I tried to play as much as I can but of course, it's really time consuming. Sometimes you didn't notice it's already time for sleep. Good, right? because without this GP arcade games, you will just put your head under the pillow , trying to beat the clock, waiting for the next sun to shine, watching tv's, etc. etc... I also tried to beat some record holders here but unfortunately I'm no good in some of those games. I guess I still need more practice and longer stay with Great Pinoy website.
So what's your favorite game? Me, most of my favorites are in the memory and strategy games, and some in the classics. One of my favorite game is the chess.
I've been playing chess since I was 5 years old. This board game thaught me one good principle in life. And that is.. "Protecting the Queen (King actually)". There are lot of things I've learned by playing chess. Some these are the following:
- Study your opponent's next possible move
- Be patient. Don't rush. Think before you move
- All piece of you is important
- Make a step back, if necessary
- Sacrificing is your last resort
One important thing is, before attacking your opponent, make sure your queen (King actually) is well protected. Make sure before anybody hit your queen, you have some of your pieces guarding her.
Similar to life, your love ones should be protected. Don't come back immediately to your opponent and hit them. Study first, think first before you move. You cannot win when you lost your temper. Minimize backward step. Your opponent will take advantage of that situation.
What if the game is in touch move rule?
